Sandals Urgent Message

Please make sure when communicating your leads, whether they are new leads, follow ups on a quote, questions regarding the booking etc., you must “ALWAYS” email the Sandals ABC email box.
Never just email the reservation agent that you are working with and not include the Sandals ABC email box as this will result in something important falling through the “cracks”. Even if you have developed a working relationship with one of our reservation specialists you must still include the Sandals ABC email box on all correspondence.
